- Starting a return — your order number and a line on why it's coming back. We'll reply with return instructions and a prepaid return label.
- Damaged or wrong item — photos of the item and the packaging, sent within 7 days of delivery.
- Before you buy — just ask. Fit, settings, delivery times, whether it suits your kind of headache.
When you'll hear back
Within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. Messages sent Friday evening through Sunday are answered on Monday.
