Using Tembra
How long does it take to feel relief?
Each session runs for 15 minutes and switches off on its own. Many people like to use it when they feel tension building. Experiences vary.
Is Tembra safe for daily use?
Yes. Tembra is designed for everyday use, and most people run one 15-minute session in the morning or evening. Tembra is a wellness device, not a medical treatment. If you are pregnant, have an implanted electronic device, or have a diagnosed condition affecting your head, eyes or circulation, check with your doctor first.
Will it fit my head size?
Tembra fits head circumferences from 20 to 25 inches, roughly XS to XL. The velcro system adjusts in seconds and stays put through a session.
How is this different from a regular eye massager?
Standard eye massagers apply generic pressure across the face. Tembra's six airbags wrap the forehead, temples and back of the head for an even, full-head squeeze.
What's included in the box?
The Tembra Relief device, a USB-C charging cable and a quick-start guide.
How long does the battery last?
Up to 6 hours of use per charge. It charges over USB-C, so the cable you already carry will do.

How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free. Express is available at checkout for an additional charge.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days. After dispatch, allow 5 to 10 business days for delivery. Full detail is in our shipping policy.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. See Track Order for the details.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and Shop Pay. Every payment is processed over a secure encrypted connection — we never see or store your card details.
Returns
What if it doesn't work for me?
Try Tembra for 100 nights. If it hasn't earned its place, email us within 100 nights of delivery and we'll send you a prepaid return label for a full refund. Shipping is free both ways and there is no restocking fee. Return it in its original packaging with all accessories.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return arrives and is inspected, approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few days more to post it.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, at no cost, any time before it's dispatched. Email us as soon as you can. Once it has shipped, the return process applies.
